4. Shot blasting: Make the surface smooth, rough up the surface with small pit, improve the adhesion.
5. Packing: Each panel welded place have plastic , then on iron pallet.



Surface treatment:

1. Hot-dip Galvanized: To work electrochemical protection, to prevent base steel rusting from inside to outside.
2. Zinc Phosphate: To enhance the adhesive power of coated film to base steel.
3. Epoxy Zinc-rich Powder Coat: Excellent antiseptic performance and impact resisting performance.
4. Polyester Color Coat: Good wear and UV-stability, Long Anti-dirty performance and self-cleaning.
