The base material is hot dipped galvanized steel tube, zinc coated material have excellent erosion resistance
ability. never the less, a material will be further zinc phosphate
and rich zinc epoxy coated and finally spraying powder coated by polyester powder. hence our products have lots of advantages
compare to the common fence.

4. There are 17 vertical pickets 20x20mm with diamond crimped on
top.
5. The gap in between the pickets is110mm

1) Our panels are made out of the thicker material top and bottom
rails 40x40x1.6and25x25x1.2 for all verticals
2) The gap in between the verticals is110mm compared to wider gaps with others.
3) We use for all our panels galvanized material only.
4) Very important is that we phosphate wash our panels before
powder coating which means a very high-quality
powder coating which will long last many years compared to my
competitors.

Packing of the tubular steel fence
1.Plastic foam then in bulk.
2.It can assemble nets piece of form, or cooperate with bolts or
rivets after the packaging.
3.Plastic foam then in pallet. Usually about 30 pcs per pallet.
4.One 20ft container can load 107 sets and one 40HQ can load 470
sets
